Storyteller's Friend - Web Design, Book Layout, Cover Design and More

Storyteller's Friend - Larry AlexanderStoryteller's Friend is basically me, Larry Alexander, as described in this embarrassing accolade from our biggest client. So who am I and how can I help you?

That's me on the left. I started designing ads for my college newspaper in 1988, to be close to my wife who was an editor at the time. That's her on the right. I've stuck with it, designing and writing print- and web-based materials ever since. Since graduating in 1995, I've been on staff at organizations ranging in size from 40 offices world-wide to a Lutheran Church with seven employees. I've done freelance work throughout that time, creating websites, brochures, etc. for friends, family and small businesses.

My background is fairly diverse. I was a welder once upon a time. But I've spent a lot of time writing, editing and tinkering with computers since then. I am comfortable with a wide range of programs and enjoy creating visually appealing and practical websites, books and promotional materials. I've included a synopsis of my resume and some layout samples below.
